Josiah Lawson
General Manager
Josiah Lawson serves as the General Manager of Victory Sports Grill in Middleton, FL. Originally from Madison, Indiana, Josiah has spent more than a decade building his career in the hospitality industry, mastering the skills needed to lead with both excellence and care. Over the course of 10+ years, he has worked across a variety of restaurant and hospitality settings, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to create memorable guest experiences.

Since joining FMK Hospitality Group just 11 months ago, Josiah has already made a remarkable impact. His expertise and work ethic played an important role in the success of Belle Glade Country Club and the launch of Tap House Social, Sawgrass Tavern, and most recently, Victory Sports Grill.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Josiah brings his own personal passions to his role at Victory. A lifelong fan of the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers, his love of sports perfectly complements the energy and atmosphere of Victory Sports Grill.

Keandre Watson
Culinary Manager
Originally from Columbus, Indiana, Keandre Watson has been part of the FMK Hospitality Group family for two and a half years. He began his journey with FMK as a dishwasher at Chophouse and has since worked across several of our restaurants—including Harvest, Belle Glade, Bella Vita, Tap House Social, Sawgrass Tavern, and Victory—gaining experience in multiple concepts and roles along the way.
Keandre’s passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to growth have allowed him to develop his leadership skills and master every aspect of the kitchen. He loves the culture and people at FMK, as well as the opportunities to learn and advance.
When it comes to food, Keandre’s go-to favorite is the Smothered Chicken with Mac & Cheese and Broccoli, while he highly recommends the Hot Honey Shrimp Tacos to guests.
Outside of work, Keandre leads an active life—he’s the oldest of 12 siblings, a former top-three state wrestler in Indiana, and a dedicated part-time personal trainer.
