Brandon Conti
General Manager
Brandon Conti is the General Manager of Victory Sports Grill in The Villages, FL. Originally from Baldwin, Long Island, New York, Brandon has been with FMK Hospitality Group for over four years and has worked at several of its restaurants, including Bluefin, Chophouse, Taphouse, Sawgrass Tavern, and Harvest. With 13 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he began his career as a busser at Red Lobster in Stonybrook before moving to Florida and joining FMK as a server at Bluefin.

Brandon thrives on the close-knit culture of FMK and the relationships built within the community. He is excited to be part of the growing Middleton area and looks forward to creating something special with his team. Known for his high energy and constant movement at work, he surprises many by being a laid-back and introverted homebody outside of work. A former math enthusiast and video game fan, Brandon brings both precision and passion to his leadership role.
